Terms of Service

I Reserve the right to decline any commission I don’t feel comfortable with or if I feel I can’t execute it to your needs

- All Payment is received in USD via paypal. (Venmo upon request is ok)
- Once your commission is accepted and we agree on sketches, I have a maximum of 3 months to complete the order!
- Payment is required after sketches have been agreed upon.
- I will do two revisions for free, all other revisions to the sketch cost an additional $10
- No refunds after we have agreed on the commission and sketches have been agreed upon.
- Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the design!
- Failure to read or comply with the ToS will result in a declined commission.
- I will not accept your commission if you partake or subscribe to AI art.
- You have 24 hours to respond to me when I reach out about your spot on the waitlist! Otherwise, I will move on to the next client.
- I do not allow my work to be used for AI art in ANY capacity.

Sketch Commissions ($30 - $60)

Sketch commissions are available for all commission types except emotes! Sketch commissions are messily base colored.
Size: ~2000-5000px
Time: 2-4 hours

Vanilla Bean ($60)

Vanilla beans are drawn on a smaller canvas than meringue chibis. They are only lightly shaded. Poses are very simple and designs will be simplified to fit the proportions. These cheebs are great for a simple and cute design. This style is offered in bold outline as well as regular.
Size: ~2000px
Time: ~2 Hours

Meringue ($80)

Meringues are drawn on a larger canvas. This style offers a free simple bg and one free companion. These cheebs are shaded with more care and detail. This style accepts intricate designs and will not be simplified. This is a good option for someone looking for a detailed character or a character with a companion.
Time: ~ 4-6 Hours
Size: 4000px+

Shortcake ($100)

Shortcakes have more human-sized proportions, equipped with full hands and feet, and detailed shading. These chibis come with a simple background and up to one companion without a fee. This is a great option for detailed characters as the designs will not be simplified.
Time: ~6-8 Hours

Lemon Cheesecake ($150)

Bust up commissions are offered in both chibi and non-chibi style. This style features your character with detailed shading and is a great option for portraits and alerts (chibi).
Time: ~ 6 Hours
Size: ~ 4000px+

Chocolate Cheesecake ($200)

Thigh up commissions are only offered in a non chibi style. These commissions showcase a character or multiple characters from the thigh up. This is a good option for illustrative pieces.
Time: ~8 Hours
Size: ~ 5000px

Strawberry Cheesecake ($260)

Fullbody commissions are the largest commission file size offered. Features your character or multiple characters with a dynamic pose. Simple bg is included but any other background elements will be charged. This is a good option for fullbody illustrations showing your full character design.
Time: 8+ Hours
Size: 6000px+

Emotes
1 for $40 | 3 for $120 | 5 for $200 | 10 for $350

Emote commissions are offered in batches. Each emote is colored in full and shaded. Emotes are distributed in 2-3 sizes for various popular formats like Twitch and Discord. Upon distribution, the client will receive a google drive folder containing all emotes.
